Lightweight, compact deployment belt made of Tegris® material with a hooked-in inner belt: TT Battle Belt Set IRR

The anatomical shape ensures a comfortable fit. The Tegris® belt is slid over each other under the buckle and can be cut to length. An adjustable MOLLE system made of Cordura® laminate is located on the belt. A detachable material loop is included.

Available in two sizes.

Both the CORDURA® materials and the straps, hook-and-loop fasteners and buckles meet the high German Bundeswehr standards TL 8305-0278 and TL 8305-0281 with regard to the IRR camouflage effect (IRR 650 – 1250nm / 10 – 42%).

Composition 100% self-reinforced polypropylene / SRPP

Tegris® is a thermoplastic composite material manufactured by the US company Milliken. The material offers very high impact resistance and rigidity with low weight. Specially developed polypropylene yarns are woven together, fused and formed into sheets in several layers. Tasmanian Tiger uses 8-ply and 12-ply Tegris® material.

CORDURA® 700 den IRR

Composition 100% Polyamide

CORDURA® in fibre thickness 700 den combines the high wear and tear resistance of the classic 1000 den fabric with the lightness of the 500 den fabric. The material according to TL 8305-0278 is characterized by long-term stability, high abrasion and tear resistance. No matter the application, CORDURA® fabric offers a superior strength-to-weight ratio, making it a first-choice for durable fabrics.
