TitanX 701 (G19) Smart Laser Training Pistol - Mantis

The TitanX takes your firearms training to the next dimension.
The TitanX inert laser training pistol is a dry fire training system containing the MantisX technology that has changed the way shooters improve their marksmanship skills.  Hone your skills faster than ever before with real-time feedback on your shooting technique, smart coaching, and actionable analytics via the MantisX Pistol/Rifle app.
Combine that with a realistic form factor, realistic trigger, and a laser, and you have the complete package.  Each TitanX is designed to fit seamlessly into most holsters made for each corresponding firearm model, ensuring compatibility with your gear for more realistic and effective training.  You can read all the nitty-gritty details here.

Is It Legal to Have a Laser on Your Pistol?
Yes. In most regions, owning or using a laser sight or laser training gun is legal. Regulations vary by state and country, so always confirm local laws, particularly concerning laser pointers or mounted optics in public. The Titan X is an inert training device, not a firearm, so it’s safe and compliant for home or classroom use.
Is Laser Gun Training Effective?
Absolutely. Studies and user data from MantisX show measurable improvement in accuracy and reaction time after consistent dry fire laser training pistol sessions.
Laser training reinforces good habits—steady trigger press, controlled grip, and smooth follow-through—while identifying errors instantly. Because it’s repeatable and data-driven, shooters improve faster and retain skills longer than with live-fire alone.
What Types of Laser Guns Are Used for Training?
  1. Dedicated Laser Training Pistols – complete replicas with built-in lasers and realistic triggers (like Titan X).
  2. Conversion Kits or Inserts – laser units that fit into the chamber or barrel of your firearm for dry-fire practice.
  3. Mounted Laser Sights – live-fire accessories that assist with aiming but lack analytic data.
  4. App-Based Systems – combine laser emitters with mobile scoring targets for interactive training.
Choosing depends on your goals. Dedicated systems like Titan X offer realism, safety, and integrated feedback in one package—ideal for shooters who want results without compromise.
