Shipping and Returns

We deliver to almost all European countries. You can see the amount of shipping costs in your shopping cart after selecting the delivery method.

RETURNS:

At Levelfour, we aim to satisfy you daily with your purchases from our store. Unfortunately, we know that sometimes certain items may not be suitable and you will need to return them to us. We are more than happy to inform you that you can return items that are not suitable for a refund of that item. To get a refund, you must return the item within 14 days of receipt and in impeccable condition for both the item and the packaging and labels.

Please feel free to contact us during these 14 days to inform us that it is not suitable for you. You can therefore feel free to try our fantastic range of available products thanks to our exchange policy for unsuitable items. However, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product to Levelfour. The package can be sent via the delivery service of your choice, but we recommend a secure and traceable method that requires a signature upon delivery. Please send the items to the address below:

Please return the item(s) packaged and in pristine condition so that we can resell them. Also, please provide your first name, last name, and address so that we can process the refund for the item. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. All refunds are processed within 10 days of receipt.
