    At Levelfour, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases from our shop every day.
    Unfortunately, we know that sometimes items are not suitable and you may need to return them.
    We are more than happy to let you know that you can return unsuitable items for a refund of that item.
     In order to receive a refund, you must return the item within 14 days of receipt and in perfect condition, both in terms of the item and the packaging and labels.
     Please feel free to contact us within these 14 days to inform us if you are not satisfied.
    You can therefore feel free to test our fantastic range of products available through our freedom to exchange unsuitable items.
    However, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to Levelfour.
    The parcel can be sent via the delivery service of your choice but we recommend a secure and traceable method which requires a signature on delivery.

    Please return the item(s) packed and in perfect condition so that we can put them back on sale. Please also indicate your name, first name and address so that we can reimburse the item.
    Postage costs will be deducted from the refund.
    All refunds are made within 10 days of receipt.
