The ventilated "Chest Seal" has a one-way valve, allowing flow out of the chest cavity while preventing air from entering. The valve is also designed to prevent internal blockage.
The Chest Seal Combo is also multi-directional, it can be installed in any direction.
In addition, the dome shape has been specially designed to prevent the air channels from being blocked by blankets, clothing.
