THE VISION
When we started the journey of designing the INCOG X , we looked back at the 10 phenomenal years of service with the Incog Holster and refocused on our original design intentions of enhanced grip acquisition, deep concealment, and reliable functionality. The collaborative experience coupled with direct feedback from advanced weapons application trainers and law enforcement brought forward a lot of great ideas that were meticulously scrutinized delivering a results driven final product packed with features and the latest technology and materials.
THE WHY
I have used Safariland Holsters for my entire professional life. They were on my side through ten combat tours, a special operations and security contracting career, 14 total deployments, and even into my training career teaching fundamentals and advanced applications of weapons and tactics. That consistency is not by accident. When you rely on equipment to function flawlessly across any set of extreme conditions you never settle for anything except the highest quality.
It was such a rewarding experience having the opportunity to collaborate with the world class designers and engineering team at Safariland. The freedom to experiment and share design concepts with the support of rapid prototyping gave us the opportunity to incorporate design revisions based on real time end user feedback. I believe that level of attention to detail is absolutely necessary when working on products that are designed to save people's lives.

The Incog X Holster presents the latest evolution in ergonomic, RDS compatible, multi positional, deep concealment IWB hybrid thermoformed holsters. Designed and built in direct collaboration with Safariland, the distinctive Incog X enables concealed carry for a wide range of handgun fits from various carry positions. The design features passive trigger guard retention as well as adjustable ejection port retention for a finely tuned holstered fit and a smooth draw.
The latest evolution of the Incog Holster upgrades from a single clip to a series of clips that allow more adaptability to the end user while providing the original design intentions of enhanced grip acquisition, deep concealment, and reliable functionality. The clips open outward and slide down with the holster, naturally locking in place over belts (clips can accommodate most belts up to 1 3/4” wide). An actuated finger tab flexes to open, allowing quick installation or removal from belts. An improved clip strut design combines functionality with customized concealment shims that can be easily installed or removed without any tools. All Incog X models include clip strut shims in three concealment enhancement sizes: 1/8”, 1/4", and 3/8”.
The holster body is constructed from a microfiber suede wrapped Boltaron thermoplastic, which offers a soft, sweat wicking feel against the body, exceptional impact strength, and resistance to chemicals/abrasions making it a preferred material for the most rigorous conditions.
The INCOG X can accommodate installed accessories including: threaded barrels, compensators, or suppressors as long as the installed accessories width DOES NOT exceed the width of the slide AND the installed accessories height DOES NOT extend above the slide.
The Incog X is compatible with any Red Dot Sight (RDS) capable of being installed on the firearm manufacturer's slide behind the ejection port (including mounting options using the firearm manufacturer's adapter plates). We tested dozens of popular RDS models including larger optics like the Trijicon SRO. The INCOG X is compatible with most backup iron sights, co-witnessing RDS, and suppressor height sights up to 13/32” (0.41”).
Weapon Fit Note: The Glock 17/19 (weapon light) Fit is compatible with the following handgun models: Glock 17 Gen 4, Glock 17 Gen 5, Glock 19 Gen 4, Glock 19 Gen 5, Glock 19X, Glock 45, Glock 23 Gen 4, Glock 47, Glock 22 Gen 4, Shadow Systems MR920 (G19), Shadow Systems XR920 (G45), and ZEV-0Z9C.
Weapon Light Note: The Glock 17/19 (weapon light) Fit is compatible with the following weapon lights: StreamLight TLR-7, Surefire XC-1, Surefire XC-2, Inforce Wild 1, Inforce APL C, NightStick TCM-550XL, NightStick TCM-10, and Sig Romeo Foxtrot 1X. Light-compatible models WILL NOT WORK without the weapon light installed as there is not sufficient retention for safe use.
