    Product description

    The same, but different... but still the same.
    We've taken the same features from our ETQ™ and incorporated them into a TQ that's 3.80cm wider in total for backpacks, belts and so on. It still hides well in jeans and is around 35% smaller than a standard TQ. The extra width helps reduce potential tissue damage if the TQ has to sit for hours on end.
    The ETQ Wide ™ version is designed to meet the criteria set by the Tactical Combat Casualty Care Committee (CoTCCC). We look forward to submitting samples to CoTCCC and continuing to collect real-world data for the next round of TQ assessments.
    Carabiner lock: windlasses that bang and unbuckle during transport have proven deadly. Our patent-pending locking carabiner keeps the windlass securely in place.
    Textured windlass: If you use a TQ, there's going to be blood... a lot of it. Our textured windlass helps you get a grip in a life-or-death situation.
    Chemlight: The included chemlight breaks when applied so first responders can see where the TQ is applied at night.
