It is therefore slightly larger than the Efficient, whose blade measures 7.6 cm. Its large size makes the Emphasis more suitable for users with large hands or for those who like to have a large EDC knife.
Just like its little brother, the Emphasis is a compact and handy knife with sublime shapes and an incredible design. One thing that is important: the Emphasis has a very good price/quality ratio. So you get what you pay for. The blade is very reminiscent of the Spyderco Native. It also has the same fingerprint for a perfect grip.
Like almost all Spyderco knives, you open this knife with the thumb hole. A strong linerlock holds the blade in the open position. The large reinforcement in the handle allows easy access for unlocking. The handle is made of sturdy G10. Lightweight and pleasant to the touch.
The Spyderco Emphasis has enabled Spyderco to offer a very good pocket knife at a relatively attractive price.
